The retailer required a trusted partner capable of managing the M&E maintenance and system installations across multiple sites — including their Head Office and numerous stores. With eight buildings and thousands of individual assets, the challenge lay in maintaining compliance, ensuring equipment reliability, and delivering high-quality service across a large and complex estate.

Additionally, their operations included busy call centres (with evening work requirements) and retail stores with standard trading hours — making flexibility, reliability, and clear communication absolutely essential.

A dedicated Service Manager oversees the contract at a strategic level, supported by the Contracts Team who manage large-scale installation projects. All services are delivered by our team of specially trained, highly skilled engineers.
